Master Amino Acid Pattern™ vs Dietary Proteins

A dietary protein can be either indigestible or digestible. A protein is indigestible when it is eliminated through the feces. Consequently it is nutritionally useless. On the contrary, a dietary protein is digestible, when it is enzymatically hydrolyzed during the digestive tract thus releasing its constituent amino acids in the first 100 cm of the small intestine, where they are absorbed. Then, those amino acids can follow either the anabolic or the catabolic pathway. When amino acids follow the anabolic pathway they act as precursors of Body Protein Synthesis (BPS), which is their primary function, thus becoming the body’s constituent proteins. Throughout the anabolic pathway no energy or nitrogen catabolites are released. On the contrary, when amino acids follow the catabolic pathway they are deaminated, which is their secondary function. Therefore, they cannot act as precursors of BPS. Throughout the catabolic pathway energy and nitrogen catabolites are released.

MAP vs Steroids

Not all Amino Acid Supplements are created equal. The Master Amino Acid Pattern gives you safe, legal, permanent results. You will see optimal muscle strength and optimal muscle density without excessive water retention. The Master Amino Acid Pattern has undergone extensive laboratory testing in clinical studies. The results of comparative, double-blind, triple- and quintuple-crossover Net Nitrogen Utilization (NNU) clinical studies have shown that the subjects, while taking MAP™, as a dietary protein substitute, achieved a body’s 99% NNU. This means that 99% of MAP’s constituent amino acids followed the anabolic pathway, thus acting as precursor of body’s protein synthesis. By comparison, the most nutritious dietary proteins provide an average of only 32% NNU. Hence, MAP™ is more nutritious than dietary proteins

  • It has been clinically proven that the use of MAP™, during physical activity, increases muscle mass. This may enable an increase in both muscle strength and endurance.
  • It has been clinically proven that the use of MAP™, during physical activity, increases muscle strength. This may enable a stronger physical performance.
  • It has been clinically proven that the use of MAP™, during physical activity, increases muscle endurance. This may enable a longer physical performance.
  • It has been clinically proven that the use of MAP™ provides a faster and more effective muscle recovery after physical activity. This may enable physical activity to be resumed sooner, with reduced soreness. This may be due to the combined action of MAP’s unique BPS/min in conjunction with a reduced level of lactic acid (lactate) in the bloodstream.
